Collapsing the Chatlist
I need the chat list to be able to collapse. This is needed if I am showing my screen to another person and I do not want to share my chat titles. It can be in front of a prospect or in front of acc. mgr.

Clearing older chats/sessions to improve performance
I noticed that with the new update, the performance of the chat session is directly affected by the number of enquiries that exist on the chat. It even causes a lag sometimes, up to 10 secs when you type your inquiries. Is it possible to clear some of these older enquiries manually? Even if that means losing some of the data that is used, it is still better than starting a whole new chat and trying to remember what you have instructed over the past months. Any other suggestion is also welcomed as long as it increase performance.

Create custom company coaches
Allow a company to not just customize agents (which is a separate feature request) but also create their own, based on any of the 4 defaults but with specific context/instructions. They could also want to hide any of our default agents and choose whether to show them on top and bottom.

Shared Chats:
After I joined a shared chat I was unable to send a prompt within the chat. In the shared there was no option to select read only or write functions.

when i log in to tools and resources I can see the resources even if i am not a member. when i try to access the site for KPIS instead I get the request to be a member (i am on trial now) I

Chats clustered by Customer
it would great to have the chat grouped by customer. I used the tools and there are multiple chats in the history each related to a specific customer but not possible to go back and identify which customer referr to which customer

Sometimes I don’t necessarily know which Agent to use for my question/request, or I have a mixed request (e.g., researching a prospect and then writing a cold email). I would like to have a generic chat that allows Agents to “join” the conversation based on the question asked. This way i would not have to switch from one agent / chat to another but can keep the conversation going uninterupted (now i need to copy information from my chat with Leo to the chat with Frank).
